Sentry Management, Inc., the leader in homeowner association and condominium management has announced the merger with West End Management and Leasing Services, Inc. of St. Louis MO. The new office will officially be renamed Sentry Management once the changeover is complete later in the year.

Sentry Management, Inc. has been named 2013 “Marketer of the Year” among large companies located in Central Florida. (Sentry won in the large company category called “Critics Choice”.) The awards, which are designed to recognize and applaud marketers for achieving outstanding results from initiatives originating in Central Florida, focus on companies that emphasize and implement excellence in their marketing programs every day of the year.

Sentry Management is an exhibitor and a workshop sponsor at the 19^th Annual Orange County (FL) Community Conference on Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 8am to 2pm at the Loews Royal Pacific Hotel, at Universal Orlando, 6300 Hollywood Way, Orlando. The Conference is to educate residents about new and exciting ways to improve neighborhoods and develop community involvement. The highlight is the awarding of seven Community Organization Awards to outstanding individuals and groups who have made a difference in the local community.

Twenty three communities managed by Sentry were nominated for honors in the 2013 Florida Communities of Excellence Awards, the highest number for any community management company in the state. Six communities were finalists and three won including: Sea Woods Homeowners Association, the Inlet Condominium Association and Townes of Southgate.

Maria Derose-Loffredo, in Sentry Management’s Orlando FL office, was ranked in the "top 50 On-Site Managers" in the United States. Her work with the HOA of Eagle Creek brought her the honors.

This first annual award is given by a group of industry service providers and publications headed by Association Reserves. The Council of Community Association Professionals is involved in the judging. The purpose is to recognize and reward Community Managers in the United States.

Sentry Management is pleased to announce Mary T. King as Marketing Manager for the Orlando area. She will work closely with Sentry’s Kissimmee, Longwood, Clermont and Tavares Divisions. Mary King brings 25 years of business development, customer support and property management experience—with a real depth in HOA and condominium association management. As Marketing Manager, Mary will work directly with association Board of Directors in tailoring Sentry services to their community’s individual requirements.
