Compliance, financials, administration, communication…

These are just a few of the issues board members volunteer their time to manage. However, with the right tools and management company, board members don’t have to be overwhelmed.

The Sentry Management Family of TECHNOLOGY.  Services are designed to offer homeowners’ associations and their boards the resources needed to easily manage their community.

At Sentry, our technology is constantly improving to provide our community managers, associations, and boards the resources they need to effectively perform a variety of administrative, operational, and financial tasks.

CommunityPro®, is designed by Sentry for Sentry community management.  It supports functions for record keeping, reporting, communications, and lots more.  Using CommunityPro®, a manager can assist boards to:

  • build a budget
  • pay a vendor
  • monitor insurance policies
  • review violation compliance
  • and track work orders.

All the critical information needed to run the community at the direction of the board is automated, accessible and mobile.

Through CommunityPro®PORTAL, a private and password-protected site for each community, homeowners can access their individual information, pay assessments, review their account status, access governing documents and regulations… and in general… stay informed.

Additionally, within CommunityPro®PORTAL, “Board Room” is accessible only to board members, providing an un-paralleled level of transparency.  Boards can keep an eye on operations, administrative processes, and access downloadable, sortable financial records in real time.  Board Room enables board members to keep the community pointed in the right direction with the least amount of time and effort.

And CommunityPro® is the foundation upon which Sentry has built additional capabilities, like apps and websites, to further enhance our managers’ ability to effectively and efficiently serve their associations.

Remember, the service level of every management company is strongly related to the sophistication of their tools and technology.

Power to govern an Association is based on the authority granted by multiple sources. To make it a little confusing, just like the power the Federal Government has to override aspects of State laws, there is a hierarchy in the application of laws and documents to Associations.
