Sentry Management, Inc., the leader in homeowner association and condominium management concluded the acquisition of Comanco, based in Crofton, Maryland. The new office has begun the changeover and will officially be renamed Sentry Management. Sentry is a national company and with this new office operates in ten states serving 1,600+ communities with over 300,000 homeowners.

The service area for this Sentry office is all of Maryland with a concentration in Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, Calvert, Carroll, Howard, Talbot, Dorchester, Montgomery, Wicomico and Baltimore Counties. Major cities include Washington DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, Cambridge, Columbia, Easton, Salisbury and Ocean City. The Sentry Maryland operation employs 40 people and provides management services to nearly 170 accounts and 30 thousand families.
