SENTRY MANAGEMENT is people... many

to the firm’s goal of providing the best and most
complete range of community association management services
to our condominium and homeowner association clients.
SENTRY MANAGEMENT is a fully staffed
accounting department consisting of an Accounting Manager
and department heads for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
and General Ledger. A large staff of bookkeepers work
with computer software developed specifically for us to
accommodate the special requirements of our valued community
association clients. The accounting department receives
the association’s assessments, remits payment to
association vendors and utility companies weekly, prepares
a monthly financial report and notifies homeowners of
outstanding balances on a monthly basis. An HR department
administers payroll and related taxes and insurance for
those associations which utilize on-site maintenance and
administrative functions. SENTRY MANAGEMENT
is an organized administrative department consisting
of an office manager, administrative assistant, secretaries,
file clerks, receptionist, and a trained mailroom staff.
SENTRY MANAGEMENT is a detail-oriented
closing department. The department manager is assisted
by full-time associates to work with title companies in
ensuring Board approval of a sale, when appropriate, collecting
the association’s funds at closing and providing
new homeowners with pertinent information concerning their
association, as well as notification of the association’s
contract with the management company, after-hours emergency
contact numbers and the property manager’s name
and phone number. SENTRY MANAGEMENT
is a thorough and aggressive collection department
which recognizes that the association must collect its
fees in a timely manner in order to operate effectively.
The department manager is assisted by full-time associates
to review assessment aging reports each month and notify
delinquent owners of the association’s right and
intent to file liens against their property. If funds
are not forthcoming, a title search is performed and at
the Board’s direction, accounts are then referred
to an attorney of the Board’s choice for appropriate
legal action. All such transactions are posted and monitored
via a computerized notebook, updated regularly.
SENTRY MANAGEMENT is an experienced
group of licensed Community Association Managers, backed-up
and supervised by District Managers who are backed-up
by Regional Managers. Our property managers talk with
homeowners, meet with Board members, supervise contractors
and maintenance personnel and provide leadership to
the association’s Board of Directors. A CERTIFIED
PROPERTY MANAGER® and member of the Institute of
Real Estate Management lead the team of professionals
that bring solutions to management problems. Our staff
is cross-trained to accommodate peaks and valleys in
their workload and all of our property managers have
a back-up manager available for emergencies. We are
