Indianapolis Office Receives Visit from Training and Development Team

Indianapolis Management

The Sentry Management training and development team recently visited the Indianapolis office for a week of continuing employee education. The week included extensive training on efficiently fulfilling Sentry’s service standards.

The training sessions included discussions on reliable communication, upholding Sentry’s customer service standards, preparing for and facilitating great meetings, and utilizing available tools to provide simplified solutions for HOA and COA boards and vendors.

“The goal of the training sessions is to provide hands-on training to all Sentry employees. We are delivering our purpose to nurture the communities that we are proud to call home,” Cristy McKinney, Indianapolis Vice President said.
Throughout the year, Sentry’s training and development team is visiting all Sentry offices across the nation in an effort to continually provide the best customer service and association management in the country.
