Karen Pangakis from the Sentry Management Alexandria VA office is the financial manager for the Corrotoman By the Bay community. Karen is a seasoned professional property manager with several years of experience.

Karen coordinates with Sentry’s home office designated service team to handle accounting and administrative services for the community relating to monthly financial reports, collection of assessments, processing invoices, assessment notification, closings, and assistance with the community’s annual budget.

Homeowners can reach out to Karen to discuss their account ledgers, or to request that Karen communicate community or operational concerns to the Board of Directors for action regarding vendor contracts, use of facilities or other issues relating to the day to day operations of the association.
