Cristy McKinney, an experienced community portfolio manager has recently been promoted to division manager of the Sentry Indianapolis office.
Cristy McKinney is originally from Indianapolis and has been working in the property management industry since graduating from Indiana University in 2003.

Cristy gained experience in the industry by leasing homes and apartments in the downtown Indianapolis area. Then, in 2004 she obtained her Indiana Real Estate license. She spent time working in corporate relocation and also managed a 200-unit apartment complex for several years.
Cristy started working for Sentry Management in 2011 and has worked her way up to managing a portfolio of 11 properties that she has continuously managed since 2015.
“I have recently been promoted to Division Manager of the Indianapolis Division of Sentry where I look forward to helping preserve and increase home values in my hometown community with the best homeowners association management company in the country,” explains Cristy.
Cristy has also been selected to serve on the 2018 Sentry Management Leadership Program team, which is a one-year long experience of continuing education and activities designed to enhance participants effectiveness as a leader. There were 11 (out of nearly 1,000) Sentry employees company-wide that were selected to a part of the Leadership Program this year.
