Cardinal Ambrose has been named the new Vice President of Sentry Management’s Des Moines office, overseeing the community management services for a large number of homeowner associations, condominium associations, and common-interest communities as well as master-planned communities and new developments in the greater Des Moines area. Sentry’s Des Moines office operates in Polk, Dallas, Warren, Madison, and Guthrie Counties.
Cardinal has extensive experience in accounting, real estate, management, banking, project management, and the common interest development industry. She has earned the Community Association Managers International Board (CAMICB) CMCA designation and the AMS and PCAM designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Cardinal served as the Executive Director of the Coachella Valley Chapter of CAI and formerly sat on the Chapters Board of Directors. She was also a member of the Education, Membership, and the Professional Managers Committees.
A graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN, Cardinal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and \a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations.
“I moved from Iowa to California in 1981. It feels good to be home. I truly enjoy the HOA industry and look forward to mentoring and leading the Des Moines team,” explains Cardinal.
