Shelby, our property manager, is efficient, professional, detailed, and pleasant. I send her material and it’s obvious she has reviewed, and taken the requests to the Board. I believe this is a challenging role and she handles it masterfully.

As the board President, I am amazed at how Sandy seems to know all 188 of our residents. She has been with us for the ten plus years that we have been with Sentry. I value the fact that she can balance all the needs of our residents and is able to provide a tremendous amount of institutional knowledge about our community. As the board President, I appreciate and value our working relationship. She has been with us about two years and she keeps me up to date on items submitted by residents. I know everyday is a challenge between dealing with vendor activities, arrears, and general issues to name a few.
