Bradley Pomp, President of Sentry Management, has been named a 2020 CEO of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal. The 20 winning executives were selected based on their impressive business stewardship; their ability to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative culture; and their involvement in the local community.

Since taking the reins in 2017, Pomp has strengthened Sentry Management’s position as a market leader in community association management, overseeing acquisitions in three states and creating new initiatives around technology and service.

In accepting this honor, Pomp stated, “I’m fortunate to work alongside a great senior management team and I’m humbled by the commitment of over 1,000 employees at Sentry that are dedicated to serving our associations and making the communities great places to live.”

Pomp is also known for placing great value on giving back to communities Sentry serves across the country through its philanthropic program known as “Giving SMILES.” Sentry also donates to local charitable organizations, raising over $75,000 per year through events like a charity golf tournament and as a national sponsor of the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run.
