Carlos is the best HOA manager we have ever had. Past managers pushed work into our volunteer Board and committees. Carlos works with us and will undertake any task we need. I used to chase landscape crews, get all kinds of proposals and generally stay frustrated with all of it. When Carlos came on board, he has taken responsibility for all our maintenance oversight. Rose became our Community Manager at the same time that I became President of our Condo Association. Not only was I new to condo living but also to the ways of condo associations. Our manager, Jackie Gildea, is a great communicator and mediator. She is an expert on HOA laws and regulations and if she is not sure of something she always investigates and gets back to the board. She writes well which is a plus for a manager. The board considers her a friend as well as a manager.

Julian is a dedicated, decisive, and detail oriented Manager, who came to our Association when it was a “mess”! Marlo has been with our HOA for years. She is very attentive and always get what is needed for the next meeting or decision. We have been picky over the years and have requested replacement managers, but not with Marlo. Thanks to her we are a better Board.
Tony is a true professional. He responds quickly to messages from homeowners and is consistently polite and respectful while being firm in addressing violations of rules and regulations. Our manager has exhibited a high level of professionalism, integrity, as well as an exceptional work ethic and I can’t say enough how terrific he continues to be. Very pleasant dialogues, but what I appreciate the most is how consistently responsive he is, whether responding to daily maintenance questions or providing great support for application issues or just one of my many questions. Communication is so important, and he seems to excel in this regard.
