Messy Situation

I would like to highlight the exceptional customer care I received from our manager Michelle. I had an ongoing issue with the landscaping company constantly leaving my property in a mess. I emailed her and she contacted the landscaping company and got them to acknowledge and rectify the problems immediately. I’m happy that it was all able to be resolved electronically without ever having to make a phone call.
