Our property manager, Tisha Parrott, is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. With her help, collections are down, and compliments are up; our neighborhood looks great and homeowners are very satisfied. Tisha – you are a superhero! You leap over tall buildings in a single bound and are definitely faster than a speeding bullet – thank you!!
Our HOA is now on a more professional level thanks to Joye Jones and Sentry! We were hesitant to change management companies and took a chance in spite of most of us being new to serving on the Lakewood 4 Board of Directors. Joye has made the transition easy, and we look forward to letting the “manager manage” instead of having to take care of so many day to day responsibilities ourselves.

Angela Reish is an extremely skilled manager with great customer service and follow through. She was very helpful during the first year of the newly formed resident run HOA and continues to be available to address issues and to answer questions.
