I have been on the board for the past 6 years and Carlos has been our manager most of that time.
He has been a very active partner in taking care of our community. Whenever we call him with a request or problem he always gets back to us as soon as he can. He makes notes on everything and returns our calls promptly. I can’t imagine volunteering on our board without Carlos’s help.

Thanks for always being there with the board members, residents and vendors. You always sense what is best and approach matters in a positive direction. We have enjoyed working with you ove the last 3-4 years, and look forward to many more years of working together.
In October we elected a completely new Master Board, many of us not having any previous HOA experience. Lindsay has been our rock! She has helped to guide us and get us up to speed about all the complex issues our community must deal with everyday. I truly had no idea how many hats Lindsay had to wear before I became a board member. I appreciate the time she’s spent explaining things and everything else she deals with daily. We have recently faced a number of serious problems. To say Barbara goes above and beyond to resolve our issues is an understatement. She has been known to work into the late evening hours only to be at it again first thing in the morning. Best of all Barbara, though a no nonsense woman, is extremely pleasant to spend time with. In addition she knows her “stuff.” On behalf of our association and board “Thank you Barbara for all you do.”

I think I speak for several people in our community as to how great it is to work with Barbara Rights. Since becoming our manager she has been a wealth of knowledge as well as guiding us in all areas of concern about our community. She works well with the board to get things done in our community, even doing items herself. She is on the property several times a month to inspect different things and if not right addresses immediately. THANK YOU Barb for job well done!!

Richard Drake truly excels in his role as Manager of Lake Crescent Pines. His attention to detail, prompt communication with board members, and insight has helped our community as a whole. He was instrumental in overseeing our new entrance design project, as well as organizing annual budgets, handling monthly compliance visits, executing contracts, plus various requests from community members.
