Outstanding Professional Services

As a condo President, I cannot give enough thanks to our CAM Donna for the outstanding professional services she provided during Hurricane Irma and its aftermath. I was not in home at the time, so Donna served as my eyes and ears. Not only did she handle all local contractors, but she also emailed me numerous times daily with updates and telephoned on weekends.

Lakewood Single Family II Thank You

Our association has been in some-what of a disarray for many years. As soon as Steve came on board our vision started to move forward and blossom. Like every association we still have our issues, but they are becoming more manageable and civil with the help of our Manager. Steve follows through with his commitments, doesn’t give excuses or blame someone else for delays. We appreciate his responsible, professional, respective approach to association management. Westgate at Imperial Thank You

A couple of months ago had a situation with my neighbors upstairs air conditioner unit. Decided to go ahead and informed our HOA manager Steve, about the situation. The air conditioner unit upstairs froze to the point ice was blocking the same pipe that we shared together causing a constant noise whenever I turned on my air conditioner. Steve, came to the rescue and remedied the situation. Steve deserves a raise. He goes the extra mile for us here at the Westgate condominium.
