We love our manager Stephanie. I am surprised CAMs don’t quit because of our “mean & ornery” owners. She has been good at guiding our Board and meetings to stay on constructive topics, resolve action items and handles herself well in confrontational situations. She has taught us how to handle situations diplomatically.
