As a Board Member, it has been a gift to work with Katie. She continually exceeds expectations and consistently wins the respect and gratitude of members of our 750+ home community. She is frequently reachable and responsive outside of business hours. We feel most fortunate such a qualified and professional manager.
Katie is a very sweet, knowledgeable, professional young lady. She always tirelessly demonstrates her concerns and needs for the residents. She never shows anger when she is faced with some grumbling residents, She stays calm, she listens and she goes above and beyond her duties to assist in any way necessary for resolution. Katie stays on top of our vendors and her negotiation skills have saved us lots of money. I could say so much more about her but we are proud of her.
Debra has made such a difference in the way our community is being managed. She follows through with what she says she will do and shows a genuine interest in each situation that arises. What a blessing to finally have a community manager who truly enjoys her work and cares about our problems. Thank you so much Debra for being the dedicated manager that you are.
Barbara Scholz has guided us through some very difficult times, dating back to a time when several units in our condo community were in foreclosure. Thanks to Barb’s decisive actions in coordinating with our attorney’s office we were able to successfully deal with each situation and recover some of our losses. In one situation we were able to take control of the unit, make some repairs, and receive rental income until the property was sold. I hope Barb is able to continue serving us.
Switching to Sentry was one of the best decisions I’ve been involved in as a board member. The service we have received from our manager Debra has been exceptional and above and beyond. She makes our job as board members stress free. You has accomplished so much on behalf of our community. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication in this short 5 months. I look forward to a continued collaborative relationship.
Marilea is a blessing to work with. We started with her and Sentry a week before a major hurricane, and she hit the ground running, ensuring all was safe and taken care of before and after the storm. She jumped into action then, and still does to this day. She is kind, listens, and pays attention to detail. Again, we’re blessed to have her as our HOA Community Manager, and can’t imagine a time of us functioning as well as we have before her and Sentry.
Love working with Debra. She’s organized, knowledgeable, and professional. She’s always prepared for monthly meetings and has done her research beforehand, as necessary. She’s a great asset to your team, as well as our HOA team! Kudos!!!
