Pay by mail using your payment coupon.
Coupons with the return address are mailed annually to homeowners. If you cannot find your coupons, order new or replacements online.
Pay by eCheck, Credit Card, and Register for AUTOPAY with Sentry’s single source payment Processor at www.mysentrypay.com.

Access your account online
Your community uses one of two homeowner portals, where you can view your account, see your transactions, and make payments.
Find My Portal – enter your ZIP code and we’ll take you to the right login page.
Change my Mailing Address
You can request this change by completing this form.
Update my Phone Number or Email
You can change and update your personal information, such as phone or email, by completing this form.
Log into my Homeowner Account
Access your account by going to My Account and entering your ZIP code to be routed to your community’s homeowner portal.
Order Closing Documents
The homeowner’s title company, closing agent or lender needing documents (including mortgage questionnaire, estoppel, resale demand and trustee letters) to facilitate the sale of a property should go to our Order Closing Documents page and enter your ZIP code where your property resides to order the appropriate forms.
You can may see detailed information about your account balance by accessing your account. Go to the My Account page and enter your ZIP code to be routed to your community’s homeowner portal.

Opt-out of receiving Assessment Coupons
To opt-out of assessment coupons, log into your account. If you do not have the link to your homeowner’s portal, go our My Account page and enter your ZIP code to be routed to your community’s homeowner portal.
Go to “Your Profile” and un-click assessment coupons under “User Preferences”.
Once you have logged in, you can also sign-up for a different method to make your automatic payments via automatic debit withdrawal or credit card charge.
Get copies of my Association’s Documents
You can get your association’s documents by accessing your account. If you do not have the link to your homeowner’s portal, go our My Account page and enter your ZIP code to be routed to your community’s homeowner portal.
Go to the “Information Center” then select the documents you want to print.
