Melissa Mele Promoted to Division President of Southeast Michigan

Melissa Mele Promotion Sentry Management

Melissa Mele has been appointed Division President of the Sentry Management Southeast Michigan office following Glynis McBain’s move to oversee business development.

Melissa has been a part of the community management industry since her start at Your Peace of Mind, Inc., in 2003, when she was hired as the first employee of the company. Since Sentry Management acquired Your Peace of Mind, Inc., in 2021, Melissa has held the titles of Assistant Division Manager and Division Vice President prior to her recent promotion. Before a career in community management, Melissa worked in manufacturing and was a quality technician and coordinator. Her extensive experience in the community management industry and her time as Division Vice President have successfully positioned her to lead Sentry’s Southeast Michigan office and staff.

“Sentry’s team environment has been great. Sentry works hard to ensure relationships are built between division and home office and division to division. I have seen the support that is there amongst the entire nationwide team, and that is amazing,” Melissa observed. “I am excited to move into this role and continue to build on the strong leadership of Glynis McBain. We have built a strong team and operation and are excited for the continued growth of clients and staff who share Sentry’s vision to be the best management company in the country.”
