Nicole Lewis, CMCA®, AMS®, has taken the position of Division President of Sentry Management St. Charles. Nicole has over seven years of experience in the community management industry, four of which have been with Sentry Management in Missouri, serving as the Division Vice President in her most recent role.

Nicole began her career in community management as a portfolio manager and property coordinator at Rafco Properties, a local commercial property management company acquired by Sentry Management in 2020. During this period, Nicole began her transition to Sentry Management as a Community Association Manager, and, as a result of her stellar commitment and hard work, she quickly ascended to Division Vice President. As Division President, Nicole’s extensive industry experience and impressive leadership, operational, and client relation skills have positioned her to successfully lead the St. Charles division and staff, ensuring client service satisfaction remains at the forefront of Sentry operations.

Nicole states, “I love working at Sentry because of the teamwork environment. Even though we are a large organization and often work with people out-of-state, it doesn’t feel that way. I’ve built some great relationships with people hundreds of miles away. Everyone has a strong desire to serve and create a great experience for our clients.” Detailing the past and future of the St. Charles office, Nicole also adds, “Growing with the Sentry team over the past four years has been nothing short of rewarding. Over the past two years, we have built a strong St. Charles team dedicated to serving our clients well. Nicole has lived in the greater St. Charles area since age seven and graduated from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management in 2019. Currently, Nicole holds various community management certifications, most notably Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA ®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS ®). She is an active member and Treasurer of the Heartland chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Legislative Action Committee, a volunteer organization comprised of local community management leaders advocating for area communities, homeowners, and board members within state and local governments. During her time off, Nicole enjoys cooking, coaching gymnastics, and remaining active with her husband through sand volleyball.
