As the board President, I appreciate and value our working relationship. She has been with us about two years and she keeps me up to date on items submitted by residents. I know everyday is a challenge between dealing with vendor activities, arrears, and general issues to name a few. It amazes me that she can do it with timeliness, accuracy, and with a smile all while juggling 9-10 other properties. I look forward to continue working with her years to come.
