Thank you for bringing this to my attention since I have failed to thank Michelle for all the great work she has done for our building. She has been a great help to us in setting our budgets and making sure we achieve our financial goals each year. Whenever we have had an issue in our building that needed to be addressed, she has gotten right on it and has seen it through to our satisfaction. Simple stated, she has been terrific.
