Suzanne has been the most efficient manager we have had in a very long time. She has basically had to start over , due to the ineffective service we were getting from the previous two property managers. She is quick to respond to the Board and the owners, which had been a big problem before. She makes regular visits and communicates any problems. She has quickly obtained proposals when needed. Very pleased to have Suzanne as our property manager, she is doing an outstanding job!
