Tiffany, I want to thank you for your outstanding service to the residents of Ellington Place. You are always there whenever we need help with problems that arise and show great leadership qualities. You encourage the Board to consider ways to improve our community by sharing your knowledge of situations that other communities have encountered. You have shown great restraint in dealing with some of our more “outspoken” members. You are an asset to Ellington Place.
