Michelle has been a god send since she started with us 2 years ago. She is always available by phone or text and very responsive to not only the board by all residents. Michelle manages several associations in the area and brings that experience to bare when we are solving a problem or issue. Michelle always sympathetic to residences but keeps the associations best interest in mind. As a board member I have received very positive feedback from residence that I have talked with. Glad to have her.
