Sentry Management Named a Top Workplace by the Orlando Sentinel

Top Workplaces Sentry Management

Sentry Management has been recognized as an Orlando Sentinel’s Top Workplaces for 2022. Based on a survey of employees, the annual award program identifies the best places to work in Orlando and the Central Florida region. Results are rated against similar-sized organizations demonstrating a strong commitment to company culture and employee engagement. Sentry was ranked 23rd in the medium-business category.

Headquartered in the Orlando suburb of Longwood, Florida, with offices in over 20 states, Sentry Management is a family-owned community association management firm in business for nearly 50 years. As a service-based company with roughly 1,000 employees, Sentry Management makes cultivating a strong workforce with motivated, engaged leaders and team members a top priority.

President Bradley Pomp shares, “At Sentry, our success is driven by our employees. Our mission is to be the best community management company in the country. To reach that goal, every employee must embrace the honor to serve our communities. We hire people whose character and actions support this vision. Each day, we endeavor to provide a great work experience for employees.”

Sentry has a robust training department to facilitate employee development. There is a strong commitment to promote from within and to provide the tools and training employees need to be successful. There is also an education reimbursement program allowing team members to pursue additional training and industry designations, as well as continuing education to support those team members who already maintain industry-specific designations.

Sentry gives back to the communities and markets they serve through a company-wide charitable program known as Giving Smiles and encourages their employees to suggest and participate in volunteer activities and philanthropic endeavors throughout the year.

Sentry continues to invest in its employees with hybrid and remote job opportunities and improved benefits. “We want to make sure employees are vested in Sentry as much as we are invested in them. We do this with competitive pay, great benefits, and getting employees involved in critical decisions. Our recent employee engagement survey gave a lot of insight, and we have some great things we are working on from that feedback,” says Ashley Grahek, Vice President of Human Resources.
