The Fort Myers office supports communities located in Lee and Collier Counties. Some of the largest communities where Sentry manages condominiums and homeowner communities include Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Estero and Marco Island. The office has been open for 10 years. Valerie Hoover is the Vice President.

This neighborhood Sentry Management office contributes significantly to the local South Gulf Coast Florida economy. The office has 18 employees and has a direct local impact, primarily from operations and payroll, of $2.3 million annually. When considering indirect contributions to the local economy, the total annual impact totals nearly $25 million.

Community Managers are active in South Gulf Coast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the District Manager has been on the board and committees for six years. Managers are also active in the educational and informational activities of the Condominium Owners, Managers & Associates Networking Club, United Community Associations Networking (UNET) and several other community-oriented groups. All Community Managers are licensed by the state and have an average of 8 years experience in association management. Sentry’s Fort Myers Managers complete 9 hours per month of advanced professional education a year to keep current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations and changing Florida laws.
