Sentry’s Phoenix office operates in Maricopa and Pinal County Valley with a high concentration in the Southeast as well as throughout the Valley. The operating area stretches from Surprise and Scottsdale on the north to Casa Grande on the south. Communities managed are in the Ahwatukee Foothills, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Maricopa, Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. The office still manages the very first three (3) communities ever under contract. The Phoenix office opened 26 years ago.
The Phoenix neighborhood Sentry Management office has 19 employees with a direct local impact, primarily from operations and payroll, of $3.8 million annually. When considering indirect contributions to the local economy, the total annual impact totals more than $24 million.

Jake Chamness heads the Phoenix office as Division Manager. Each Phoenix Community Managers is a Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM). Sentry’s Phoenix Community Managers have an average of 14 years experience in association management. Last year, Sentry’s Arizona staff remained active in Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and the Community Association Institute (CAI). They also completed over 140 hours of advanced professional education to keep them current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations.
