Some of the largest communities managed by Sentry are located in the cities of Raleigh, Cary and Durham. Other managed communities are located in the towns of Gardner, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Morrisville. The office opened in 2000.

The Raleigh neighborhood Sentry Management office has 7 employees and has a direct local impact, primarily from operations and payroll, of $1.2 million annually. Tina Batts and Joe Ramsey, the Division's Vice Presidents, each have more than 10 years of community management experience and over 25 in property management and real estate. Two Community Managers have earned a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certificate and two an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. Each of Sentry’s Raleigh office personnel complete about 15 hours per year in professional development and education to keep current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations in North Carolina. Managers average over 6 years in association management experience.
