The Sentry Tampa-Clearwater office hosted a complimentary Board member certification class, and over 25 newly elected board members earned their certifications. The class was taught by a special guest speaker from the firm Rabin Parker, Attorney at Law.
The class covered a variety of topics, including association operations, records maintenance, dispute resolution, and HOA/COA budgets and reserves, financial reporting.
Sentry provides board members the opportunity to receive their certification from legal experts in the industry by hosting free education classes like this one. These professionals better prepare board members to serve their communities by making sure they’re provided with all of the information needed.
