Clermont Community Manager, Richard D. was the winner of the first quarter Idea Award for the idea he submitted regarding replacement coupons.
Richard’s winning idea recommended the ability for Community Manager’s to order replacement coupons for Homeowners in a PDF format that can be emailed (rather than via regular Mail) to the Homeowner to make it easier to send documents to overseas homeowners.
