Denise Koutsohilis has been promoted to Division Vice President of Sentry Management St. Charles. With over fifteen years of experience in the association management industry, Denise brings a strong foundation of industry knowledge and client-focused service to her new role.

Since joining Sentry in September 2023 as a Community Manager, Denise has demonstrated genuine care and dedication to the communities she serves. Her experience spans apartment, single-family, and commercial management, as well as leasing, commercial buildouts, and budgeting. Alongside Division President Nicole Lewis, Denise will help lead the continued growth of the St. Charles division, bringing her commitment to strong client relationships and exceptional service to further support the team and the communities they serve.

On stepping into her new role, Denise says, “I truly love what I do — every day brings an opportunity to learn something new, and no two days are ever the same. I’m motivated by the opportunity to challenge myself and collaborate with my colleagues to continually improve. Denise is a Missouri native and a graduate of Missouri College. During her time off, Denise enjoys travelling with her son and spending time with her family and friends.
