The law office of Clayton & McCulloh seeks monthly recommendations from HOA Board Members who nominate their favorite manager for the “Most Awesome Manager” award every quarter. They look at candidates from Sentry Management as well as other association management companies. This month, Sentry Community Association Manager, Patty Rowe received the award.

Patricia Rowe is an on-site community manager at the Four Seasons Condominium Association of Winter Park, that was submitted for consideration by the board and selected as the winner for the second quarter of 2018.  Patricia has years of experience working in the community association management field and has worked with Sentry for over five years.

“Patty takes great pride in her work. She is always willing to go the extra mile to assure that the property is safe and well-maintained. She is pleasant and has exceptional people skills allowing her to communicate effectively with vendors, owners, tenants, board members, and maintenance,” Board Secretary at the Four Seasons Condominiums Association said.

“Patty is well-organized and her ability to maximize time management allows her to successfully address the never-ending issues of a property this size. She is truly an important asset to our community,” the Board Secretary explained.

Patricia explains what it means to her to win this award: “Being a property manager has been a unique experience. There are so many different aspects to the job but it always comes back to building the personal relationships that we develop along our journey. I am honored to receive this prestigious award.”
