I have been helping care for my aging mother who lives in a condo managed by Sentry. Last week I was taking my mom to the doctor when she fell. A woman was driving by, immediately stopped and offered her help. Fortunately, my mom was OK, but it took the two of us to assist her to stand. I learned this Good Samaritan was the Sentry Community Manager. A few hours later she called my mom to make sure she was OK. I was and am truly impressed by this degree of caring and follow-up.
