I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you’ve done for our neighborhood. It’s been a trying time, with this crisis. I know you have so many things on your plate, yet you listen to angry or confused owners, answer emails constantly, and keep us in contact with the board. You’ve done all of it with grace, kindness, and professionalism. You’ve been a great Manager through all of this! You’ve kept your head, even with your difficult job. I hope we work with you for years to come!
