We have great things to say about our community manager. He is responsive to all of our calls. When needed, he immediately shows up at the property and quickly resolves our concerns. He has been successful in scheduling reliable and well-trained vendors to promptly perform services at our location. He personally inspects the work of vendors and takes care to see that our common areas are in good condition. During it all, he is careful about the costs, like it is his own money.
