Katie is a very sweet, knowledgeable, professional young lady. She always tirelessly demonstrates her concerns and needs for the residents. She never shows anger when she is faced with some grumbling residents, She stays calm, she listens and she goes above and beyond her duties to assist in any way necessary for resolution.
