Chelle has been with us for a little over a year and a half, during this time we have gone from an investor to a developer. Construction has began again with the community still under developer control after 15 years. All of this is enough to give a community manager a huge challenge but Chelle has been able to provide a level of service that the community has not seen in the 15 years and five management companies.
