Susan is an outstanding community manager. She took over the job after a tumultuous time that saw 3 other managers leave the community in less than two years. She is conscientious and has provided the highest level of service for our homeowners. She has helped us to “catch up” on items that had been overlooked by previous managers, and has been a great resource to our board of directors.
