I want to express my appreciation for the quality of work that we seem to be getting from Sentry. We have struggled for many years with one company and another. My experience these past 7 months is great with BOTH Sentry as well as Dee Dee. Whatever you all are doing as a team, behind the scenes, seems very effective, delivering a great service. Dee Dee is key too; she is a joy to work with, strong, professional, calm, thoughtful, thorough…. I could go on. We appreciate Dee Dee!
