Weekend Emergency

When we contacted Chris about an emergency repair on our condo it happened to be on a weekend. He was in the process of moving his daughter but took the time to quickly return our call with plan to resolve our problem. Chris went out of his way and met me at the condo when it was convenient for me. His customer service, consideration, and willingness to meet our needs were EXCEPTIONAL!
