Donna has been our Property Manger for less than a year, but what a difference she has made! We have found her to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Our board just started preliminary budget workshops for 2021, and I am amazed at how much easier, and so much less time-consuming, it is this time compared to the last several years (first with a different management company, and then with a different manager.) It is so nice to be able to relax during budget season for a change!
