Steve has been a tremendous help to our Board of Directors. He pretty much had to start over as a result of the ineffective service we were getting from our previous Property Manager. Reaction time and turnaround time on our request has been great. His suggestions to better our community have been spot on. Always prompt to our meetings and comes prepared. Our community has pretty much done a complete facelift as a result of Irma and Steve has been a big part of our transformation.
