A couple of months ago had a situation with my neighbors upstairs air conditioner unit. Decided to go ahead and informed our HOA manager Steve, about the situation. The air conditioner unit upstairs froze to the point ice was blocking the same pipe that we shared together causing a constant noise whenever I turned on my air conditioner. Steve, came to the rescue and remedied the situation. Steve deserves a raise. He goes the extra mile for us here at the Westgate condominium.
