Ashlee Hallett, a community manager with Sentry Management Phoenix, was named Arizona’s 2025 Portfolio Manager of the Year by the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) at the annual G.E.M. (Guiding Excellence in Management) Awards Gala.

The AACM G.E.M. Awards are among the state’s most prestigious industry recognitions, celebrating managers who set the standard for excellence across Arizona and have gone above and beyond in their service to their clients and the communities they represent. After nomination by fellow peers or association board members, winners are selected based on the criteria for each award in each category. In this category, nominees were required to have managed a community for three or more years and demonstrated exceptional ability in fulfilling all aspects essential to the successful and thriving management of an association.

In partnership with the Sentry Management Phoenix team, Ashlee’s nomination was submitted by the board of directors of one of the communities she manages. Ashlee stood out for her professionalism, perseverance, and dedication to the communities she serves. Her ability to lead with integrity, support her clients, and consistently strive to uphold the highest standards of excellence makes her a true example within the local community.

Ashlee began her career with Sentry Management as an Administrative Assistant, then served as a Community Services Representative before being promoted to Portfolio Manager.
