Felicia Fain, a community manager with Sentry Management Columbus, was named Central Ohio’s 2025 Community Association Rising Star by the Community Associations Institute of Central Ohio at its inaugural Chapter Awards of Excellence Luncheon.

As part of the Chapter Awards, which honor outstanding members in the industry, the Rising Star award recognizes managers who show exceptional promise, professionalism, and a commitment to growth through CAI involvement. In this category, nominees were required to have been a manager for less than 5 years and to have demonstrated exceptional ability in fulfilling all aspects essential to the successful management of an association.

Of the five managers nominated, Felicia distinguished herself through her professionalism and steadfast dedication to her communities. Her active involvement with CAI, strong vendor relations, and sincere passion for serving her communities showcase the integrity and dedication that make her a true example in the local community management industry.

Felicia has been in the management industry since 2020, and has been a community manager with Sentry for over a year. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Tiffin University and is an active member of the CAI Columbus Membership Committee.
