The Sentry Clermont office recently hosted a complimentary Board Certification class for local Homeowner Association board members. The class had over 40 new board members in attendance.

In recent years, the Florida Legislature passed legislation requiring board members of HOAs and Condos to take a board certification class within 90 days of being elected to the Board of Directors or provide a written certification election form. This class satisfies the requirement from the state.

The class featured industry-professional speakers from the law office of Martell & Ozim, P.A.
