Nora Scheer, Divisional Manager of the Sentry Savannah office recently nominated three of her employees for the Sentry Foundation Service Award.
The Foundation Service Award is an annual honor given to an employee that exemplifies and embodies Sentry’s core values and service standard. The Sentry service standard states: in every interaction; kindness professionalism, and timely resolution.
“Employees respond positively when they are recognized for doing the job they do because it confirms that their work is valued by others. When they feel the work they do is valued, their productivity rises, and they are motivated to do their absolute best. The clients ultimately reap the benefit of that,” said Nora.
Managers throughout the company nominate employees that they believe have given excellent service throughout the year. The winner will be announced at the annual Sentry Leadership Conference.
