Sentry Management Named a 2026 National Top Workplace by USA Today

Sentry Management 2026 National Top Workplace

USA Today has recognized Sentry Management as a national Top Workplace for 2026. This is the third consecutive year Sentry Management has applied and been awarded this esteemed national distinction.

USA Today’s Top Workplace designation is a highly regarded recognition based on employee survey data that highlights organizations dedicated to cultivating engaged, collaborative, people-first workplace cultures. Of the over 42,000 organizations invited to participate this year, Sentry was one of only 400 selected to be named a Top Workplace in its size category, with 635 Sentry Management employees across 22 states participating in the survey process.

For the last 50 years, Sentry Management has fostered a people-first workforce of experienced and dedicated leaders, community managers, and support staff who all work together to uphold Sentry’s standards of excellence in community association management. By consistently prioritizing employee development, engagement, and excellence, Sentry nurtures an award-winning workplace culture where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to succeed in their roles. As this past year marked Sentry Management’s 50th anniversary, this year’s national Top Workplace distinction is not only an honor but also a testament to its continued yearly commitment to enriching its employees, residents, and communities.

Sentry Management President Bradley Pomp shared his thoughts on this year’s Top Workplace recognition, “This marks the third year in a row that Sentry has been named a national Top Workplace — and it truly feels just as meaningful as the first time. What makes this honor so special is that it’s driven entirely by employee feedback. Seeing that our team continues to feel supported, heard, and empowered to grow and serve their communities is incredibly rewarding. We’re grateful to every team member who took the time to share their experience, and to USA Today for recognizing the culture we’re so proud of.”

With industry-competitive benefits and PTO, hybrid work schedules, an employee rewards program, training and education, and more, Sentry Management champions opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

“There is no Sentry without our people — they are the driving force behind everything we accomplish,” said Ashley Grahek, Executive Vice President of Human Resources. “That’s why we are intentional about creating a workplace where employees feel supported, included, and truly valued. The feedback from this year’s USA Today survey affirmed that commitment, with team members reporting they feel engaged, included, and cared for. We’re also proud to have achieved a 75% overall employee retention rate and a 92% leadership retention rate last year, reflecting the strength and stability of our workforce and culture. We will use this feedback to continue listening, learning, and investing in our people, ensuring Sentry remains a place where talented professionals can grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.”

At Sentry Management, its most important asset is its people, and the company strives to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. As part of this commitment, Sentry Management’s KIND program serves as a custom approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion that reflects Sentry’s values and Promises.
