Sentry Management Presence in Virginia Grows with Addition of Horizon Community Services

Sentry Management, Inc., a leader in homeowner association and condominium management, combined last week with Horizon Community Services, in Loudoun County, to further strengthen and expand Sentry’s presence in Virginia. Sentry Management, Inc. is a growing national company with 32 Divisions operating in thirteen states. Horizon provides community association management services throughout the Washington Metro area, as well as Central and Southeastern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.  The office will be officially renamed Sentry Management and becomes the company’s second Virginia office.

Horizon Community Services was incorporated in 1997. The company has grown due to its great reputation for quality and integrity. More than 70 communities are now managed by Horizon.

Dave Ciccarelli founded Horizon and becomes Vice President for the Sentry Management Division.  “I am proud of our staff and the high level of professionalism. The background and experience of our employees have been the foundation for the productive relationship with association Boards,” he says. “Our culture, like Sentry’s, is rooted in good communications and consistent, sound processes. That is why us joining Sentry is such a natural match.”

Howard Pomp, CEO of Sentry Management, is impressed with the quality of service provided by Dave’s organization. “Horizon has achieved Community Association Institute’s (CAI’s) Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation. That designation was the model used by the Virginia Common Interest Community Board (CICB) for licensing management company in the Commonwealth. We feel strongly that these certifications, like Sentry’s Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), sets us apart is service, quality, and financial integrity. ”

Offices will remain at 117 N Bailey Lane, Purcellville VA  20132 and current staff will continue to serve their associations with continued growth anticipated.  The new Sentry Division office phone number remains 540-751-1888.
